Red Alert: How to wear the hottest color this season

From the runways to our favorite designer’s stores, to the street-styles spotted during Paris, Milan, NYC or London’s Fashion Weeks… red is definitely a major trend of the Fall 2017.

Red is the color of passion but also symbolizes power. That is why, in an era where the fashion industry lauds feminism (remember the tide of feminist tee-shirts earlier this year?), fashion designers chose this strong color to represent a determined, conquering woman.

To wear red reveals a certain self-confidence and assertiveness, and cherry on top: this vibrant, rich color brings joy and brightness to our Winter looks.

As usual, fashion bloggers were the early adopters of the trend. I have listed below my favorite outfits to be inspired by, whether it’s a full red look, or just a touch of red on one piece or accessory.
